Happy New Year! More than a year since my last post, but yes, I'm still around.
So, I was googling and doing some random searches on Facebook, when what do I find? Other people with the last name of "Zelding". This was a bit surprising, since I always thought that my last name was unique to my family - I had done searches before but no one else had shown up outside of my family. Kinda cool....
Anyways, to any other Zelding's who aren't related to me, who happen across this blog, post in the comments and say hi, or send me an email. jeff@... well, you could probably guess... zelding.com! yup!

Happy Holidays
All the best to you all for this holiday season!
With the new year comes a new start for me - I've got a new job! I'm still at BMO, but have decided that 3 years of managing the team that supports the email systems for the bank is quite enough. In the new year I've taken on a new role helping manage the relationship between I.T. and one of the bank's lines of business. It will be an interesting change for me since for the first time in my career, I won't be directly involved in system operations, and for the first time in 5 years I won't be managing staff.
It should be an interesting time in 2008!
