With the new year comes a new start for me - I've got a new job! I'm still at BMO, but have decided that 3 years of managing the team that supports the email systems for the bank is quite enough. In the new year I've taken on a new role helping manage the relationship between I.T. and one of the bank's lines of business. It will be an interesting change for me since for the first time in my career, I won't be directly involved in system operations, and for the first time in 5 years I won't be managing staff.

It should be an interesting time in 2008!
